2012 International Ph.D. Intensive School
AGEING SOCIETY: ISSUES, THEORIES AND PRACTICES FOR AN ACTIVE AGEING
As the number of young scholars that can be considered for participation is limited, participants are selected on the basis of their application and upon arrival order.
The application must include:
• Curriculum vitae
• A letter of recommendation by their supervisor
• A brief (not more than one page) draft of the research project related, or the reason of the interest to the ageing society.

The application to the summer school will be confirmed from ASP Secretariat via e-mail, upon arrival order, within a week after the submission of the application and at the latest within June 22, 2012.
Upon receiving notification of acceptance from ASP Secretariat, participants shall officially register to the School Secretary by:
- Informing about the expected arrival and departure date
- Informing about any religious/ dietary requirement etc.
- Confirming the expected arrival and departure date
- Paying the registration fee (due by July 13, 2012).

The receipt proving the payment has to be given to the ASP Secretariat the day after the payment via e-mail to formazione@asp.torino.it or via fax 011 197.424.19 reporting the name of participant and a reference e-mail address.
Before proceeding to payment, be sure to identify the right due fee, see further information in the section “Tuition fee/Period/Venue”.
A maximum number of 40 participants is foreseen. The Summer School will be activated on condition that there are at least 10 participants.
Whereas the summer school should not be activated, the full tuition fee will be reimbursed.
